Arrival Information

Guests can access the restaurant via either Siam Paragon or Petchaburi Road. For those arriving from Siam Paragon destinations, the in-house shuttle buggy service is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please note that we can hold your table for up to 30 minutes past your reservation time. If you arrive later than this window, we may not be able to accommodate your party as it could delay our next seating.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel a reservation, please contact us via phone or email at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Changes, rescheduling, or refunds are not possible within three days of your scheduled visit.

Do you have a child policy?

We welcome children aged 12 and older. Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu. Our dining environment is crafted for adults, with many guests celebrating special occasions and expecting a tranquil dining experience.

  • Reservations can be made online here. Alternatively you may call to reserve, our phone lines are open for bookings from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • It is essential to book a table that accurately reflects your party size as adjustments to decrease the number of guests post-reservation are not possible.

Do you allow corkage?

Should you choose to celebrate with a special bottle from your own collection, please be aware of our corkage fees. For a standard 750 ml bottle, the fee is THB 3,000, and for a Magnum 1,500 ml bottle, the fee is THB 5,000, taxes included.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

At Etcha, we strive to meet various dietary needs. Our menu includes seafood, shellfish, vegetables, flour, eggs, pickled ingredients, and meats. Please provide us with any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests made within 48 hours of arrival.

Can you offer a vegetarian menu?

Yes, we have a vegetarian menu available, which requires a reservation at least seven days in advance. Please let us know at the time of your booking.

Is parking available?

Convenient parking is available within the hotel premises.

Can I book for larger groups?
